Role Description
Community Health Systems is hiring an EHR FSI Services Supervisor to join our EHR Team. As the EHR FSI Services Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for the EHR FSI Team. You will work with internal and external stakeholders and partner to achieve business objectives. You will manage the complex technical projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Define strategy and technology roadmap to direct and manage a team of associates responsible for delivering the technical aspects of an implementation project.
- Design, build, and maintain complex technical project plans based on commitments.
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues and risks.
- Work independently with little supervision and prioritize/manage concurrent projects while working with ambiguity.
- Break down complex situations and communicate them effectively to external and internal project teams both electronically and verbally.
- Understand and execute written technical work instruction and document complex technical communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or Healthcare or relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 5 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience.
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
- At least 3 years managing complex teams and direct reports.
- 6 years experience working with Cerner.
- 6 years experience working with Invest Owned Clients.
- 6 years experience with Change Processes.
- 6 years of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
Requirements

- Consult with internal project, Business Partners, and organizational teams to share configuration status, project timelines, and project updates.
- Facilitate and direct technical discovery and provide expertise based on the specific environment.
- Establish relationships with the goal of achieving high level satisfaction.
