Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with the sales team and assist with licensing and contracting inquiries.
- Process contracting requests, ensuring they comply with our carrier, state and company guidelines.
- Review licensing documents to ensure compliance with company as well as state regulations.
- Propose improvements for processes and technology.
- Complete additional tasks related to the contracting department as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or contracting/licensing is a strong asset.
- Experience with SureLC is a strong asset.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
- Effective problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Approachable and professional in delivering suboptimal information via phone, and email interactions.
- Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Positive demeanor with an openness to constructive feedback.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.
