Role Description
FWI is building a team to provide Program Management Office (PMO) Support Services for the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), supporting financial management, budget and cost analysis, and lifecycle cost estimation for a DoD-wide Oracle ERP shared services program. As a Business Data Analyst, you will collect, organize, and maintain program documentation including user manuals, training materials, financial reports, and system specifications while performing administrative and financial support tasks for the DAI PMO.
**Position is contingent upon contract award**
Work Schedule and Location:
- Remote: This is a full-time remote position.
- Work is performed Monday through Friday during standard core business hours (6:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET).
- Occasional travel to Fort Belvoir, VA may be required.
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, proposals, and reports.
- Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, special reports, and customer deliverables.
- Perform financial and administrative tasks related to project documentation and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods.
- Maintain a current internal documentation library.
- Provide or coordinate special documentation services as required.
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to pass a Tier 1 (T1) background investigation.
