• Lead strategic design for member and clinician-facing products as a cohesive ecosystem, align cross‑functional leadership, and independently identify high‑impact design opportunities that improve business results, clinical outcomes, and user satisfaction. • Collaborate at speed with engineering, product, operations, and clinical leadership to define implementable solutions that meet user, business, clinical, and regulatory needs with keen attention to detail in a hyper-compliant healthcare environment • Design with human behavior and psychology in mind —making simple things feel simple and complex workflows feel possible, with emphasis on multi-device interaction design (including native apps) and continuous validation through research and testing • Create and evolve design systems, patterns, and AI-first interaction models that scale across both member and clinical experiences—know when existing patterns achieve quick wins, and when new, reusable patterns are needed
