Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in ERM and related areas
- Deep knowledge of the ERM leader (or Chief Risk Officer) role as well as an industry perspective
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- Superior analytical skills while applying conceptual models and recognizing patterns
- Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables
- Executive presence; credibility with executives and additional stakeholders.
