Role Description

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who will support the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Salesforce data across revenue operations. You will focus on day-to-day data cleanup, duplicate management, account hierarchy maintenance, and validation of critical sales records. Working from established processes and dashboards, you will ensure data quality that underpins reporting, forecasting, and sales workflows. This position offers hands-on exposure to Revenue Operations and SaaS sales processes, making it a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or someone seeking practical experience in business systems. The environment is structured, supportive, and highly execution-focused, emphasizing precision, process adherence, and collaboration with the operations team.

  • Review Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ records to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Manage duplicate Account records, triaging and processing merge requests according to defined procedures.
  • Maintain Account hierarchies, process hierarchy change requests, and validate parent-child relationships.
  • Support ad hoc data cleanup projects to improve reporting accuracy, forecasting, and territory management.
  • Review sales crediting and commission-related fields for completeness and obvious errors prior to downstream processing.
  • Follow documented processes consistently, ensuring high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled college student, recent graduate, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extremely high attention to detail and comfort performing repetitive, execution-focused tasks.
  • Interest in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or business systems.
  • Ability to follow clear guidelines, processes, and dashboards accurately.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce or ability to quickly learn CRM systems.
  • Strong written communication skills and basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Nice to have: prior exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems, experience with data entry, QA, or administrative operations, and interest in SaaS or go-to-market teams.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay ($25/hour).
  • Flexible temporary part-time schedule (15 hours/week).
  • Remote work option or access to SF HQ.
  • Full onboarding and structured documentation provided.
  • Potential eligibility for paid holidays, statutory leave, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on location and contract terms.
  • Valuable hands-on exposure to Revenue Operations, Salesforce, and SaaS sales processes.
