- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
- Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options
- Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records
- Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up communication
- Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship meetings
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and service
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident using video communication tools and digital platforms
- Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
- Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
