Role Description

We are hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for a remote or hybrid position. You will help manage the personal lines department, working with key support staff to service our book of over 1,100 clients. We are looking for a dynamic person our clients come to trust and enjoy working with who lives up to the Core Values of our agency.

  • Attending office leadership and department meetings
  • Responding to carrier and client emails
  • Processing endorsements
  • Creating and implementing processes
  • Support Producers with Personal Lines (processing binds, renewals, etc.)
  • CRM management
  • Prepare correspondence and documents utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Invoicing
  • Managing your calendar and client appointments
  • Managing administrative support staff

Qualifications

  • Licensed by the CA Department of Insurance for P&C Lines
  • High School Diploma or Higher
  • Prior experience servicing Personal Lines account
  • Detail oriented
  • Conscientious worker
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
