Role Description
We are hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for a remote or hybrid position. You will help manage the personal lines department, working with key support staff to service our book of over 1,100 clients. We are looking for a dynamic person our clients come to trust and enjoy working with who lives up to the Core Values of our agency.
- Attending office leadership and department meetings
- Responding to carrier and client emails
- Processing endorsements
- Creating and implementing processes
- Support Producers with Personal Lines (processing binds, renewals, etc.)
- CRM management
- Prepare correspondence and documents utilizing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Invoicing
- Managing your calendar and client appointments
- Managing administrative support staff
Qualifications
- Licensed by the CA Department of Insurance for P&C Lines
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Prior experience servicing Personal Lines account
- Detail oriented
- Conscientious worker
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter and self-motivated
