Role Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and expand strategic healthcare client relationships while driving both revenue growth and long-term customer satisfaction. As a senior account leader, you will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, successful implementation, and ongoing value delivery. The position combines strategic account planning, consultative relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to support complex healthcare environments. You will work closely with executive-level stakeholders while identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand services.   • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key healthcare clients, building trusted partnerships with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new accounts, coordinating activities such as account configuration, billing setup, system integrations, and platform utilization.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams for timely solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to support retention, expansion, and revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate performance, discuss needs, and align solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value and maximize revenue within existing relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities to proactively identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts on account performance and provide strategic insights to internal leadership.
  • Manage contract discussions, renewals, and pricing negotiations in coordination with sales and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, key account management, or customer relationship management roles.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and consistently achieve revenue growth and retention targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive-level healthcare leaders.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage complex client relationships and business discussions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools for account management and reporting.
