Job Description
Job Requirements
- Strong statistical analysis, data summary and visualization skills
- Knowledge of various forms of evaluation and project impact measurement
- Knowledge of various experimental designs and threats to validity (internal and external) addressed by each
- Demonstrated ability to identify data sources for program evaluations and to assess the quality of these data sources
- Strong project oversight and management skills including strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal, written, and typing) skills with a wide range of audiences of varying professional backgrounds and levels as well as the ability to manage activities without direct authority
- Strong ability to rapidly get up to speed on new information
- Ability to apply discipline-specific tools and knowledge to novel questions in animal welfare
- Ability to quickly, calmly, and efficiently adjust to changes in direction and re-prioritize work
- Must be a self-guided, creative and motivated individual requiring minimal supervision
- Ability to manage remotely and delegate responsibility as needed
- Must be nimble and able to rapidly re-prioritize own work
- Must be able to work independently and confidently in a remote office.
