Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing innovative supply chain solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The Senior Manager, Solutions will act as a strategic problem solver, using deep industry knowledge to tackle complex operational challenges. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, guiding solution development from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with business goals. The position provides a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your leadership, analytical skills, and creative thinking directly impact operational performance. • Lead the RFP response process, from discovery to solution design, ensuring proposals meet client needs and commercial expectations.
• Develop innovative strategies and “game-changing” solutions to improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics, Design Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive a collaborative solution design process.
• Review engineered labor standards, cost structures, and solution models to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Support implementation teams to ensure solutions are executed accurately, consistent with design specifications, and optimized for performance.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Design Engineers, building team capabilities and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Establish and maintain operational standards, conduct staffing and efficiency analyses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with progressive advancement in the supply chain industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide, and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications and apply them effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% depending on business needs.
