- Develop and implement comprehensive territory management plans, including account targeting, competitor analysis, and expansion strategies.
- Complete all required sales, commercial, and product trainings to maintain expertise and readiness to present to diverse customer personas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in life sciences, sales, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial sales, preferably within the life sciences industry.
- Proven success in new business development and account growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to manage territory operations independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Must reside in California and be able to travel for client meetings as needed.
