Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
- 3+ years of experience administering Atlassian products with a focus on Atlassian cloud products
- Hands-on experience using, implementing, integrating, maintaining, configuring, and customizing instances of Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence
- Hands-on experience developing custom configuration and automation for Jira and Confluence, such as Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, notifications, permissions, queues etc.
- Experience navigating and manipulating data within Jira using JQL queries to extract, analyze, and report on project metrics and issues
- Knowledge of various working practices (Agile/Waterfall/ITSM/ESM) and how to apply them
- Experience working with clients to understand their business processes and requirements to design functional solutions
- Experience providing technical support for Atlassian products
- Understanding of how business needs drive the implementation approach to solutions
- Experience effectively conveying information to audiences of all skill levels
- Must have strong public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to both internal and external stakeholders, through engaging presentations, workshops, and meetings
- Must be self-motivated with a desire and drive to continuously learn and grow as a professional and as an individual
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to travel to the Okemos, MI office up to four (4) times per year.
