• Collects, analyzes and delivers data driven results • Performs and delivers routine audits and works with internal and external customers • Works closely with ancillary departments to establish and maintain positive relations • Provides training, guidance and support to all CDM Analysts • Manages communication of routine changes to coding and billing protocols • Leads efforts of multi-disciplinary groups responsible for monitoring and assuring accuracy • Performs monthly chargemaster maintenance, routine audits, reviewing changes • Communicate to management the progress of assigned projects
