This hybrid role serves as the North America Regional Security Officer (RSO) managing operational security risks and governance, and as the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) representing security needs for designated cross-regional business units. Responsibilities include leading risk identification/mitigation, incident response, compliance assurance, and managing Global Cybersecurity Services delivery for the region and assigned units.

This role drives consistency, alignment, and technical excellence across security engineering practices within domain-specific teams, ensuring a unified, high-quality engineering approach while coordinating with the Corporate CISO organization on standards and strategies. The lead will provide hands-on technical leadership in designing and validating secure system architectures, guiding implementation of security controls, and conducting technical reviews across multiple teams.
