Job Description
• Serve as the primary IT liaison for assigned business functions
• Partner with business leaders to define and maintain a technology roadmap
• Provide guidance on change management and technology initiatives
• Lead the execution of IT projects, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs through technology
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in IT strategy, business analysis, or related fields
- 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related area preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology alignment
- Proven experience in IT business relationship management or program management
- Knowledge of current and emerging technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
