• Provide production support for all Supply Chain related business systems • Lead the ERP procurement production support, maintenance, user security authorizations, and third-party portals • Gather requirements, create dashboards and reports, write complex SQL queries to extract insights, create data visualizations (e.g. metrics), and optimize business processes • Provide Supply Chain data warehouse reporting, ERP query reporting to support leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and other requests • Manage ERP workflow signature authorizations for Supply Chain processes • Identify, evaluate, and recommend operational improvements, system changes, and automation opportunities • Generates requirements documents to communicate process workflows and data/functional needs to both business stakeholders and technical staff • Coordinates and monitors activities of Supply Chain personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule • Leads and performs the development and execution of user acceptance test plans, user documentation and implementation for new system functionality • Prepares and conducts system functionality training • Assist users in troubleshooting system related problems and offers solutions • Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes • Participates in related systems development efforts as needed to provide input and contribute to a comprehensive development strategy
