• Achieve sales in the US market – particularly to industrial customers with opportunity for repeat sales. • Build pipeline to grow sales further in 2025+ • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritises growth and positive customer experience • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients • Implement financial strategies to improve sales revenue • Monitor sales performance and progress to align with business objectives

Job Requirements

  • Recent experience in start-up and scale-up businesses desirable
  • High level of inter-personal skills to build and facilitate strong working relationships at all levels across the business
  • High levels of personal confidence with the ability to influence stakeholders within and outside the business
  • Proven ability to work calmly under pressure and to deliver to timeframes
  • A confident and effective problem solver
