- Represent the legal function in high-level discussions with external counsel, auditors, regulators, and industry groups.

- J.D. degree with strong academic credentials and active state bar membership.
- 12+ years of professional legal experience, combining large law firm and in-house roles, preferably in structured finance or debt finance.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing senior legal professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear, practical, and timely legal advice.
- Self-starter able to navigate fast-moving environments with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with fintech, lending, or credit markets is a plus.
- Membership in CA or NY Bar is preferred; experience developing scalable legal processes is advantageous.
