Job Description

• Lead enterprise initiatives across product development, platform modernization, client delivery, and operational transformation. • Translate company strategy into actionable program plans with defined milestones, owners, and success metrics. • Ensure initiatives align with growth objectives, platform scalability, and client outcomes. • Establish program management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting structures. • Provide executive visibility through program dashboards, milestone tracking, and risk reporting. • Lead program reviews and steering committees to ensure progress, alignment, and accountability. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Client Success to coordinate delivery of strategic initiatives. • Manage cross-team dependencies, facilitate decision making, and resolve execution barriers. • Oversee a portfolio of strategic programs and initiatives. • Identify and mitigate program risks.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic initiatives within healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving product development, technology delivery, and client implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience operating in matrixed organizations with multiple priorities and dependencies.
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
