Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound calls

• Schedule consultations with individuals who have requested information about their benefits

• Present and explain insurance coverage options during virtual Zoom consultations

• Assist clients with completing insurance applications

• Participate in optional training sessions to continue developing product knowledge and professional skills
