• Own IT and security strategy, aligned to business growth, risk, and compliance needs • Lead and develop the existing IT support team, ensuring consistent, high-quality end-user support • Establish standards for identity and access management, device management, and endpoint security • Define and continuously improve security posture across systems, vendors, and workflows • Partner with Engineering and Data leadership on infrastructure, access, and security alignment • Own incident response processes and security escalation paths • Manage vendor relationships and participate in tooling and vendor decisions across the technology organization • Develop and maintain security policies, controls, and documentation appropriate for a regulated environment • Identify and mitigate operational and security risk as scale and complexity increase • Plan future IT and security capacity as organizational needs evolve • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes
