Role Description

This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and scale enterprise adoption of AI-driven healthcare analytics across government and private sector organizations. You will lead high-impact initiatives targeting state Medicaid agencies, managed care organizations, and health systems, driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The role requires strategic vision, deep knowledge of Medicaid and value-based care, and the ability to orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder deals. As a key driver of growth, you will influence the organization’s market positioning, revenue expansion, and long-term competitive advantage. This is a high-visibility, results-oriented environment where your leadership directly contributes to transforming healthcare delivery at a state and national level.

  • Architect and execute a repeatable go-to-market strategy across state Medicaid agencies and associated healthcare stakeholders.
  • Close complex, multi-year enterprise contracts ($10M+) and drive adoption across multiple buyers, including state agencies, MCOs, and health systems.
  • Position AI-powered analytics as a decision-making and operational improvement tool, enhancing outcomes, reducing costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Build and manage a predictable enterprise pipeline, prioritizing states aligned with Medicaid transformation, 1115 waivers, value-based care acceleration, and rural health initiatives.
  • Navigate state procurement, RFP processes, legislative funding cycles, and coordinate multi-party deals across agencies, health systems, and integration partners.
  • Translate platform capabilities into measurable financial and operational impact, including risk adjustment optimization, care gap closure, and rural hospital sustainability.
  • Develop repeatable sales playbooks, shorten sales cycles, increase ACV and multi-year contract penetration, and support EBITDA expansion.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience, with a proven record of closing $5M–$25M+ deals.
  • Direct selling experience into state Medicaid agencies, Medicaid MCOs, and rural or community health systems.
  • Deep understanding of Medicaid financing, waivers, value-based care, risk adjustment, quality programs, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
  • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth healthcare technology company.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills with a track record of expanding market share and driving revenue growth.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with predictable pipeline management and high win rates.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $165,000–$195,000 USD plus commission opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage effective the first of the month following your start date.
  • Company-paid life & AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and professional wellbeing.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Paid holidays and PTO accruals.
  • Employee referral bonus program.
  • Professional development opportunities and ongoing career growth support.
