Role Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to amplify original digital content across some of the most influential entertainment, gaming, and pop culture media brands. You will serve as the primary liaison for talent bookings, coordinating high-profile guest appearances and strategic PR initiatives that increase visibility and engagement. The position combines relationship management, strategic planning, and execution across multiple brands, ensuring content reaches its full potential. This remote, freelance role allows you to work flexibly while driving impact across original series, social media promotion, and industry partnerships. Your efforts will help elevate brand presence and strengthen relationships with talent, studios, and publicists.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for talent bookings on all original content series.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publicists, talent managers, studio PR teams, and networks.
  • Plan, coordinate, and negotiate guest appearances around releases, awards, and promotional cycles.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to expand reach and prestige of original series.
  • Monitor and track performance of content, identifying opportunities to maximize visibility.
  • Coordinate with social and video teams to ensure cross-platform promotion of content and guest features.
  • Maintain compliance with studio guidelines, embargo agreements, and internal production requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in PR, talent booking, or entertainment communications.
  • Established network of contacts with publicists, studios, and talent managers in entertainment, gaming, and/or publishing.
  • Experience working with digital publishing or YouTube content production.
  • Strong knowledge of pop culture, spanning film, TV, and gaming.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands with distinct voices and audiences.
  • Proactive, relationship-first approach to outreach and talent engagement.
  • Comfortable negotiating logistics and coordinating production teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
