Role Description

Goldberg Segalla LLP is a national civil litigation law firm with a diverse team of more than 500 attorneys across 23 offices in major metropolitan markets throughout the United States, providing strategic coverage wherever our clients do business. We are rapidly expanding our North Carolina offices and are seeking to add an experienced partner to join our team of trusted counselors serving public and private clients in the region. As part of our continued growth strategy, we are focused on expanding our footprint in South Carolina as well as North Carolina and the surrounding market. This position offers a fully remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
• Possess a portable book of business
• At least eight years of relevant experience
• Strong written advocate and strategic thinker
• Experience in one or more of the following practice areas:
  • Employment & Labor
  • Insurance Coverage
  • Toxic Tort and Environmental Law
  • Business & Commercial Litigation
  • Product Liability
  • Management and Professional Liability
  • General Liability
