Role Description

This role is designed for an organized and proactive professional who will lead the end-to-end implementation of complex technology solutions for clients. You will manage multiple projects across security and related systems, ensuring on-time delivery, high-quality execution, and excellent customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, you will coordinate resources, track project milestones, and proactively resolve challenges. • Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, from planning to execution and delivery, across security and related product lines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating project requirements with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, status reports, and stakeholder communications to ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct meetings, document decisions, track risks, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain smooth project progress.
• Provide guidance and support to clients and internal teams regarding product features and best practices.
• Identify gaps in processes or systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Escalate issues proactively and maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar project management certification strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology implementations.
• Experience with physical access control systems and commercial real estate/property management highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, stakeholder engagement, and meeting facilitation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project tracking tools; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter capable of working independently in remote or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-growth technology organization.
