Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) for a full-time remote/telehealth role serving clients in Michigan.
As part of this role, you will help clients address mental health concerns through structured therapy sessions, clinical assessments, goal setting, and consistent follow-up. You will also be responsible for keeping documentation accurate and staying aligned with professional and ethical standards.
Position Details

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Provide remote counseling sessions using a secure telehealth system
- Assess presenting concerns and clinical history
- Build treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Offer therapeutic interventions and track progress over time
- Document sessions and treatment updates promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable practice standards
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal support staff
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field
- Active LCMHC license
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Ability to build rapport and manage sessions effectively in a virtual format
- Reliable organizational and documentation habits
- Comfortable with technology and online clinical systems
