Position Overview
We are proactively building a pipeline of experienced Delivery Managers who are passionate about data analytics and business intelligence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, leveraging your expertise to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Translate and assist with the development of product roadmaps and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, SDLC Documentation, and other program artifacts
Create, update, and maintain responsibility for program documentation and artifacts including technical and functional procedures, technical documentation, architectural diagrams, DR plans, and requirements traceability matrices
Maintain responsibility for contractual deliverables
Collaborate with technical SMEs, architects, developers, and other leads to drive requirements
Identify, analyze, and track risks; communicate statuses, and escalate concerns when needed
Identify and coordinate cross-team dependencies
Work with project management, development teams, and other departments to actively remove obstacles blocking progress and ensure program is within schedule
Prioritize and groom the team(s) backlog
Leading daily stand-ups, grooming, demos, and other team and client meetings
Creating work estimates, tracking progress, and reporting status in the form of burn up/down charts
Understand the design, business logic, and technical architecture of the platform components and how those components interact with the rest of the platform
Serve as the primary expert (functional, not technical) for the components for which you are responsible
Be an active participant in the entire customer life cycle, working in tandem with sales to ensure the client and all projects receive the proper technical support.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with data analysis, collection, management, and organization
5 years of experience in technical program management or delivery management of medium/large enterprise clients
Deep knowledge of business intelligence and data science best practices
Recognize the importance of data visualization choices to convey insights
Comfortable working with sales, billing, and financial information.
Highly diligent and aware of organizational initiatives yet knows how to stay prioritized
Strong familiarity with writing SQL queries across DBs including Postgres
Problem-solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
Highly organized - Ability to manage time and resources effectively in order to achieve goals
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to multitask - make progress on multiple projects in parallel
Great communication skills; proactive/action-oriented
Experience working on projects with data industry tools like Tableau, Informatica, Power BI, Alteryx, JIRA, MS Project Plan, any additional project management tools
