Job Description

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for your territory. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with established and non-established customers. • Build strong networks internally and externally to uncover leads. • Evaluate and qualify prospects to convert them into opportunities. • Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in Salesforce CRM. • Coordinate with marketing, proposals, and operations teams throughout the sales cycle. • Lead RFP, RFI, and budgetary submissions, ensuring customer requirements are met. • Monitor competitor strategies and position Hitachi Energy for success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven success in expanding customer base and winning new accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the electric utility sector and IT/OT convergence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and multi-divisional collaboration.
