Job Description

• Lead monthly study payment reporting meetings with payment vendors to ensure timely payments. • Collaborate with study teams and functional groups to identify and resolve payment issues. • Review payment actuals and work with vendors to ensure compliance with CTAs. • Draft and finalize payment terms in the CTA Financial Appendix. • Support study teams during CTA negotiations and query resolution. • Liaise with payment vendors to resolve disputes and provide necessary clarifications. • Ensure study funding is available and managed in accordance with the funding process. • Develop an understanding of vendor data capabilities to efficiently resolve queries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry or academic medical center in site payments or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial analysis across Phase I-IV clinical trials.
  • Excellent conflict resolution, decision making, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of tasks.
