Job Description

• Conduct detailed root cause analyses and identify trends driving non‑trade deductions. • Lead solution development by proposing alternative strategies and tactics. • Identify key opportunities for cost avoidance and process improvements across the business. • Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve deduction validation and processing issues, address process gaps, and elevate service levels. • Provide periodic reviews of open deduction balances to key stakeholders. • Recommend solutions and collaborate with U.S. Sales and customers to drive resolution and long‑term improvement. • Develop and implement project plans, policies, procedures, and change management initiatives. • Identify and drive standardization of processes across business units when appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in deductions, supply chain, finance, analytics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional alignment and customer engagement.
  • Ability to evaluate and streamline processes to reduce inefficiencies and cost.
  • Strong business judgment during periods of high demand.
  • Commitment to following issues through to resolution with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and implement project plans, policies, and change management processes.
  • Capability to work effectively with diverse teams, vendors, and global resources.
