  • Define migration waves, tooling integration, orchestration workflows, and governance structures ensuring predictable, high‑quality migration outcomes.
  • Develop Transition & Transformation (T&T) plans for large-scale multi-phase programs.
  • Drive infrastructure-led app modernization, designing container platforms (AKS/EKS/GKE) and implementing SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
  • Architect reliable, automated platform engineering ecosystems that accelerate delivery and operations.
  • Design multi-cloud CI/CD ecosystems, pipeline topology, artifact workflows, and automated release strategies.
  • Define DevSecOps integration patterns across compliance, governance, and quality gates.
  • Build and structure business cases and pricing models to support solution justification and commercial alignment.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Delivery teams to finalize statement of work, secure necessary approvals, and ensure smooth handover for execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance on AI-led operations, predictive intelligence, cloud-native digitalization, FinOps, SRE, container platforms, cloud self‑service, and multi-cloud orchestration tooling.
  • Lead client orals, value workshops, architecture reviews, and executive briefings to shape cloud transformation deals.
  • Prepare and deliver capability presentations, solution narratives, and differentiated value propositions.
  • Collaborate with hyperscalers and technology partners to bring innovation, new capabilities, and co-sell alignment.
