Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of related work experience – finance, people analytics, or related field
- Must have experience with/building in the following systems: Alteryx or other data preparation tools, SQL, Tableau and Amazon QuickSight
- Experience in Data Visualization tools - the ability to utilize large datasets to build reports and dashboards
- Expert Excel data modeling and analysis skills
- Must have experience working with large data sets/data warehousing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, analytical thinking style with a love of solving problems
- Passion for creating intuitive data visualizations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and trends
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives
