Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience
- Strong hands-on experience building and operating deployment pipelines using Bazel
- Experience using Bazel from a DevOps/platform engineering perspective, including build orchestration, artifact packaging, caching, remote execution, and release workflows
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Solid experience deploying and operating workloads in AWS
- Experience with artifact repositories, container build workflows, and release promotion processes
- Experience troubleshooting build performance, pipeline failures, and deployment reliability issues
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or similar
- Experience managing shared Bazel infrastructure across multiple teams or services
- Experience tuning Bazel remote cache and remote execution performance
- Experience integrating Bazel with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms
- Experience supporting containerized deployments to Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS
- Experience with secrets management, policy enforcement, and secure software supply chain practices
- Familiarity with release engineering, artifact provenance, and reproducible build strategies
- Experience building internal platform capabilities that improve developer productivity and deployment safety.
