Job Description

• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in Zscaler • Considerable knowledge in the following areas: TCP/IP (IPv4 and IPv6), Fortinet Firewall, security principles, and troubleshooting • Define, implement, and maintain corporate security policies • Experience with deployment and documentation of enterprise project management and change management processes • Ability to identify solutions to potential network issues • Collaborate on problem management and root cause analysis discussions with fellow network engineers, security engineers and analysts • Draft technical requirements, configuration management, and planning documentation • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • +6 Years’ current hands-on experience supporting a complex environment
  • Must be a U.S Citizen
  • Strong experience with Fortinet and Zscaler
  • Experience using a central ticketing system such as ServiceNow for resolving incidents
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio for drawings and flow charts
  • Experience following a change management system to submit and perform changes
  • Developing and documenting SOPs related to the work being performed
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with various team members
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • Ability to work well with little to no supervision
  • Ability to work 100% remotely
