Job Description
Job Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent
- +6 Years’ current hands-on experience supporting a complex environment
- Must be a U.S Citizen
- Strong experience with Fortinet and Zscaler
- Experience using a central ticketing system such as ServiceNow for resolving incidents
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Microsoft Visio for drawings and flow charts
- Experience following a change management system to submit and perform changes
- Developing and documenting SOPs related to the work being performed
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work across multiple projects with various team members
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Ability to work well with little to no supervision
- Ability to work 100% remotely
