- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare IT leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting anesthesia compensation models and productivity analytics.
- Experience with hospital contracting and multisite operations preferred.
- Deep understanding of anesthesia workflow and perioperative throughput.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Executive presence and stakeholder influence.
- Change management expertise.
- Advanced analytics and business intelligence strategy.
