Some of the things you will be doing:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospective clients within an assigned territory.
- Play a key role in Corptax’s go-to-market strategy by prospecting ideal-fit companies, qualifying leads, and securing introductory appointments for the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
- Proactively prospect into target accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and secure meetings.
- Research prospective companies to identify decision-makers and understand their corporate tax environment.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with Corptax’s ideal customer profile.
- Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings for the assigned RSM, handing off qualified leads seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, and meeting outcomes within NetSuite/ Salesforce CRMs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and campaign strategy.
- Stay informed on Corptax products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to tailor conversations effectively.
- Contribute to pipeline development goals by consistently achieving outreach and appointment-setting benchmarks.
- Represent Corptax at tradeshows.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a lead generation, business development, or inside sales role (preferably B2B).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
- Comfortable reaching out to and engaging mid-to-senior-level finance and tax professionals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in enterprise software, tax technology, or finance is a plus.

- Compensation range is $45,505.00 to $53,000.
