POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners has an open position for an Executive Assistant. The management team requires a versatile and high-performing individual to help drive and support key initiatives related to clinical value, quality and operations. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing, analytically-inclined individual to apply and build their skills in a dynamic and entrepreneurial operating environment. The individual will have the opportunity to work across multiple functional areas in the practice and interact closely with senior management. The role provides a solid foundation for future potential management opportunities within Radiology Partners.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide confidential administrative support to executives, handling communications, scheduling, and problem-solving with sound judgment and discretion.
Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, travel, and events for executives and their teams, ensuring smooth logistics and efficient time management.
Act as a liaison between departments and external partners, maintaining professional communication with high-level stakeholders such as C-level executives and investors.
Prepare and manage documentation, including composing correspondence, creating presentations, proofreading for accuracy, and maintaining records and databases.
Handle special projects and tasks independently, demonstrating strong multitasking and prioritization skills, while managing confidential information securely.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience with 3+ years of administrative support for senior executives.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software to efficiently complete tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external interactions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
