Role Description
We are excited to welcome a talented B2B Commerce Consultant to our Revenue Solutions team. This role is pivotal in the successful end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Management projects at NeuraFlash. You will combine your technical expertise with solution design skills to create scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with the business requirements of our clients, as well as create reusable assets to be deployed to multiple clients. This may involve owning portions of the design or supporting the Solution Architect. By leveraging B2B Commerce technologies within Salesforce, streamline operational processes, and deliver scalable, impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate business process reviews to understand and document customer requirements
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on business requirements to provide detailed and sound solution designs, leveraging best practices with a focus on Order Management, Service Cloud, Commerce or Consumer Goods Cloud/Retail Execution
- Configure and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Order Management solutions
- Drive optimal user experience (UX) design throughout solution delivery
- Deliver end-user training and comprehensive documentation
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity
- Provide data models for tailor-made customizations (with Solution Architects)
- Perform unit testing for client use cases
- Assist in Deployment between environments
- Manage technical collateral for hand off at the end of the project
- Run data deployments (sandbox seeding) to test features
- Run final releases to production and be able to roll back or restore if needed
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events
Qualifications
- Salesforce Expertise: A minimum of 4+ years working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years specializing in B2B commerce on core, Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
- Understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein Features & Capabilities
- Understanding B2B Commerce Extensions framework
- Understanding of B2B Commerce APIs and Connect APIs
- Understanding of cross cloud use cases (B2B, D2C, Loyalty, Revenue, Marketing)
- Understanding of Salesforce OMS
- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Integration Fundamentals: Foundational understanding of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, including Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365
- Experience with test-driven development
- Prior experience executing deployments and use of DevOps tools (i.e. Gearset, Prodly, Copado, etc)
Technical Skills
- Salesforce Configuration: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations
- Development Skills: Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript
- Data Analytics: Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics
Additional Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for a variety of audiences and situations
- Confident, self-assured, team-player, ambitious and driven
- Detail and quality oriented with the desire and ability to rapidly learn and implement new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Prior experience building technical artifacts including Salesforce configuration design documents, technical design documents
