• Lead and mentor the field marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment • Develop and implement a cohesive field marketing strategy that supports Aledade’s overall LUM goals ensuring alignment of field marketing campaigns with brand strategy and market needs • Ensure the consistency and quality of marketing campaigns, messaging, and events across diverse regions • Develop, manage, and oversee the allocation of the field marketing budget across regions and key priority states • Work closely with Network Development and other departments to develop effective account-based marketing tactics
