When you join us as an MRI Steering Technologist you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Produce high quality MRI diagnostic images from a remote location with the help of a ROCC Tech Assistant.
- Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols.
- Ensure release of patient with proper follow-up information via the ROCC Tech Assistant.
- Produce high quality images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
- Monitor patient's well-being during scans via cameras and through feedback from ROCC Tech Assistant; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
- Recognize emergency situations and direct the ROCC Tech Assistant in emergency shutdown of gradient and/or main magnetic field (quench) when applicable.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- ARRT(R)(MR) certification or ARMRIT
- State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable
- Must have BLS certification
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred
