• Manage a book of personal lines clients (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) • Handle policy servicing including endorsements, renewals, certificates, and billing inquiries • Communicate with carriers to market, quote, and bind coverage • Provide clear, timely, and professional client support via phone and email • Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities in a consultative manner • Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency workflows • Collaborate closely with producers and internal team members
