Job Description
As the Remote Program Manager, you will support the global implementation and long-term sustainability of PPG's ETQ eQMS platform across all regions and responsibilities. You will coordinate partners, driving deployment practices, ensuring agreement to standardized business processes, and ensuring the long-term effectiveness and value realization of the eQMS.
You will report to the Global Director for Operational Excellence Programs and Americas Continuous Improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with IT, Product Owners, Module Owners, and Process Owners to evolve the ETQ implementation roadmap.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering routines, risk management practices, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
- Lead global and site-level deployments, ensuring consistency in deployment methodology, templates, tools, and change management approaches.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across module releases and deployment waves.
- Build and manage the long-term sustainability framework for ETQ, including adoption metrics, usability monitoring, performance KPIs, and user feedback loops.
- Identify opportunities to improve end-user experience, refine workflows, and drive higher-quality data and process compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve initiatives post-implementation, including module enhancements, upgrades, and integration improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years' experience in program management, enterprise system deployment (QMS, EHS systems, or similar), quality systems, or operational excellence roles.
- Experience with quality management, compliance workflows, and business processes.
- Strong project and program management abilities; capable of presenting to senior leadership and facilitating alignment across functions and regions.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
