Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required
- Ability to meet goals individually and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and build commitment to our ROPS Mission and Vision in order to execute on necessary tasks and achieve goals
- Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of documents such as contracts, claims, instructions, policies, and procedures
- Experience with strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives
- Increasing levels of senior leadership responsibility in healthcare revenue operations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle (ex: Patient Intake, Billing, Collections, etc.)
