Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate travel information and helpful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through phone, email, and online messaging tools

• Handle itinerary updates, booking adjustments, and service-related inquiries

• Maintain organized client profiles and reservation documentation
