Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Virtual Destination Services Representative to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will help travelers explore destination options, organize trip details, and manage reservations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable planning process.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, are organized, and can manage multiple tasks while working independently from home. If you have an interest in travel and providing great customer support, this role offers a flexible way to build experience in the travel industry.

No prior travel industry experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with organizing personalized travel itineraries based on their preferences and budgets

  • Research travel options including accommodations, flights, transportation, and activities

  • Compare options and confirm reservations using approved booking platforms

  • Provide accurate travel information and helpful destination recommendations

  • Communicate with clients professionally through phone, email, and online messaging platforms

  • Handle booking updates, itinerary changes, and service-related inquiries

  • Maintain organized client profiles and travel documentation

  • Participate in training sessions, virtual meetings, and team updates

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
