  • Collaborate with data engineering, data analytics, and product teams to ensure data integrity, streamline reporting processes, and automate data extraction where possible
  • Focus on data related to the impact of SmarterDx's suite of AI solutions on hospital performance and earned revenue

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline
10+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst,  or a similar operational data-focused role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Health Tech environment
Expert proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and optimizing queries on complex datasets
7+ years of experience with advanced data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc), including managing platform deployment and governance
Proven ability to independently translate complex, ambiguous business questions and requirements into technical reporting specifications and high-impact, actionable insights for senior leadership
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a history of presenting complex data to C-suite and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Senior or Lead capacity, including mentoring junior analysts or owning a significant data domain/platform
  • Direct experience supporting a Customer Success, Sales, or Post-Sales organization in a strategic capacity
  • Deep familiarity with clinical documentation improvement (CDI) or medical coding processes within a hospital revenue cycle context
  • Expertise working with and integrating operational data from systems such as Jira, Salesforce, Zendesk, Greenhouse, and ChurnZero
  • Technical mastery of modern BI and data workflow tools (e.g., Omni, Hex, Tableau, and advanced Excel/Python for data wrangling)
