Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing staff and teams.
- Experience developing marketing plans and measuring results.
- Experience cultivating and managing client relationships.
- Experience leading complex project and program/account management including financial responsibilities, and measuring results of strategic plans and programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute campaign strategies and creative briefs that deliver on marketing objectives.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience cultivating trust across diverse teams
- Experience activating brand campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media.
- Positive, solution-oriented outlook with a passion for bringing people together.
- Experience managing agency relationships and vendor partnerships.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead collaborative planning sessions.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and systems orientation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
