Job Title: TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
Reports to: Manager of Services
FLSA Status: Exempt

Job Summary
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing product delivery and implementation projects for DeepHealth AI solutions throughout the United States. This role oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while exceeding customer expectations. The Technical Project Manager demands a strong understanding of technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Architect and manage technical project plans, defining scope, technical objectives, key deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints.
• Proactively monitor project execution, ensuring adherence to design and requirements.
• Lead and oversee testing and quality assurance processes, including integration testing, system testing, and performance testing, to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Identify potential technical risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and proactively address technical roadblocks to ensure smooth project progression.
• Adapt project plans based on technical complexities and evolving requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including project plans, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, configuration details, status reports, meeting minutes and assisting with troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (software engineers, system architects, and other technical experts) to gather detailed technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, consultation, and recommendations to customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on implementation strategies.
• Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate details clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude, process orientation, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Understand and interpret technical support and project requests from users, effectively translating them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Guide customers and technical teams through operational improvements and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare informatics, or related field; or equivalent professional experience (minimum 2-5 years in healthcare technology)
• 5+ years proven experience managing technical projects in a healthcare environment, from initiation to completion
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members
• Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• PMP preferred and/or working toward a project management certification
• Experience in the radiology healthcare field and familiarity with relevant technologies (e.g., DICOM, HL7)

• Adapts and is willing to learn new tasks, methods, and systems.
• Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines.
• Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures.
• Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

Physical Demands
This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~10% of time).
