Role Description

This position owns the successful implementation of Fourth’s Workforce Management and Back Office solutions across hospitality and retail environments.

You will partner with customers, Project Managers, and internal technical teams to translate operational requirements into clean system configuration, coordinated integrations, and successful go-live outcomes.

This role is focused on implementation execution. It does not include ongoing account management or post-go-live support ownership.

What You Will Do

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand operational workflows and system requirements
  • Configure Workforce Management and back-office systems aligned to documented best practices
  • Coordinate integrations with payroll, POS, ERP, and related systems
  • Support data validation, parallel testing, and user acceptance readiness
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery milestones are met within scope and timeline
  • Facilitate customer workshops and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate implementation documentation
  • Escalate scope, integration, or data risks appropriately

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions in a client-facing capacity
  • Experience configuring systems that impact labor, payroll, inventory, or operational workflows
  • Exposure to multi-location or enterprise customer environments
  • Familiarity with integration concepts and data validation processes
  • Experience leading customer discovery sessions and facilitating training or workshops
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations within defined scope and timelines
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

This role is remote-eligible within the United States for candidates residing in the following approved states:

  • AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WA.

Candidates must maintain a professional home workspace with reliable high-speed internet. Travel may be required based on customer needs and implementation scope.
